Jane is currently the Children and Families Development Manager. Jane has worked for Dimensions for the pas t 12 years and over this time has taken the lead in working with children, young adults and their families within the region. Jane commenced with Dimensions, as a relief support worker in 1998. Qualified as a Child Protection Officer and lead SCAPE instructor (Safe Care and Protection in Essex) she facilitates training for staff teams that work within children’s services. Jane has vast experience in recruiting, building and managing staff teams.

Jane has worked in social care for the past 20 years, starting in domiciliary care in 1990, she went back to college in 2000 to acquire management qualifications.

Jane is very committed to ensuring Dimensions continue to offer an innovative range of short breaks for children and their families. Jane always works towards finding new and exciting opportunities for disabled children to experience.
