Karen Liddle is Finance Manager at P&G, where she leads its financial recruitment processes including the development and growth of its innovative Accountancy Apprenticeship Scheme.

She was part of the P&G team that established its Western European Shared Service Centre in Newcastle in 1999, which in two years saw P&G’s financial services operation grow to over 450 staff and managing the accounting for 200 separate legal entities.

Before joining P&G, Karen started her career training as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
