Cyclist Training Ltd is a leading UK company delivering all forms of cycle training. Working with councils, it will train 12,000 children to Bikeability Level 2 this year.

CTL’s full time instructors work with schools, colleges and universities delivering training and developing curriculum work. This contributes to school life or can help individuals gain a qualification after accessing Mountain Bike courses, Maintenance programmes or Pedal Power products.

CTL encourages instructors to become authentic role-models inspiring change through taking transactional processes (getting on a bike) and delivering them in transformational way. Through games and self-teaching, children are given the responsibility of success which results in a greater modal shift, from car occupancy to bike.

CTL lives the change. Their Green Policy isn’t just tucked away in a file, it’s a way of life for staff. They are a broad range of everyday people who lead their lives in a way CTL believes improves communities, health, education and the environment.
