Steve Kendall is Director of Widening Participation and Associate Dean of Partnerships at the University of Bedfordshire. Steve is significantly involved with current developments, issues and concerns in the development of partnership between HE and FE. In his senior management role he provides leadership and vision to the University in respect of its mission to be a pre-eminent access university. He is a frequent contributor to national and international conferences. Recent work includes a contribution to the HEFCE-funded HEI-school links project “Bringing the Tapestry Together”. Steve is also chair of the Aimhigher Regional Group of Partnerships (East of England), and Area Director for Bedfordshire.
