Carole Leslie is Policy Director of the Employee Ownership Association, the voice of co-ownership in the UK. We, represent 120 member companies including the John Lewis Partnership; major global enterprises such as Arup, Unipart and Mott MacDonald; long established co-owned enterprises Swann-Morton, Tullis Russell and Scott Bader; and public service providers like Central Surrey Health, City Health Care Partnership, Circle Health and A4e. The EOA is working closely with the Cabinet Office on the Mutuals Information Service, in partnership with Co-ops UK and Local Partnerships, which is a first port of call for organizations looking to explore mutual ownership models.

Carole has worked in the field of employee ownership for the past ten years. Prior to joining the EOA, she worked for Baxi Partnership Ltd, which is a specialist consultancy working exclusively with organizations looking to transition to employee-led mutual status. Before this she was Commercial Director of an employee-owned IT consultancy. Carole has served as a Non Executive Director and Independent Trustee on the boards of several employee owned enterprises.
