Professor Dr Christopher Brown is Founding Director of the International College at Zayed University in UAE. He is an academic administrator and his academic publications include work on travel literature, Nineteenth Century European art and literature, identity in the Arabia Gulf, architecture of the Gulf, and literary canon formation.
