Kate Little, Academic Affairs Officer, University of Manchester and NUS Ambassador

Kate studied Law with Politics at the University of Manchester before being elected as Academic Affairs Officer at the Students' Union in 2009. She was elected to NUS' Higher Education Zone Committee in October 2010 as one of six student officers helping the Vice President (Higher Education) to direct NUS' Higher Education policy and work. As part of this role she is the NUS-nominated student representative on the national Quality in Higher Education Group, which oversees the assurance of quality and standards in English and Northern Irish HEIs on behalf of the sector.
