Dr Phil Koczan is a GP in Chingford North East London and a health informatician. He has recently been appointed as the Chief Clinical Information Officer for UCLP academic health science centre. His interests are around joining data from different care settings to improve care, measure quality and provide information on services to patients and clinicians.

He is also involved in the development of the myHealth London information portal which will publish the London wide GP outcome standards in a public friendly format and provide information to patients about local services available from their GP and in the surrounding area.
