Fiona Kirk is Director of Development and Alumni Relations at LSE, a post she took up in early 2009 following five years as Development Director at Imperial College London.

A law graduate of Exeter University, and a qualified chartered accountant, Fiona spent several years at BDO Binder Hamlyn, Chartered Accountants, in senior management roles within a number of professional and support departments.

Her career change to fundraising started at the Science Museum in 1996 where she headed up the fundraising function for five years, followed by two years as Director of Development at English Heritage prior to moving into the HE sector.
