Graham and his wife, Carol, live in Longtown, Herefordshire, where they take an active interest in a wide range of community activities.

Following school and college, Graham embarked on a career in the
telecommunications industry, holding a number of senior management positions in international sales, marketing and customer service.

Graham has been a campaigner for the universal rollout of Broadband services across Herefordshire since 2004 when BT
decided that to enable the local exchange was “not economically viable”.

Graham has been the Herefordshire County
Council ward member for Golden Valley South since May 2011.
