Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell has been in her current role since 2010. She is also co-chair of the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology, a Royal Society council member, chair of the Corridor Manchester board and member of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership board. Her research has contributed to major advances in neuroscience.
