Dr Neil Kemp OBE
Neil Kemp is an international education consultant who has contributed to a range of education projects internationally.
He was British Council Director in Indonesia and Sri Lanka and also Director of Education UK Division, charged with responsibility for developing and marketing UK education and training internationally.
He is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Education, London; Board member at Institute for Development Studies, Sussex and Open University Worldwide, and professional adviser to the UK-India Education and Research Initiative.
His interests in higher education include national policies, institutional effectiveness, international student mobility and transnational education. His recent clients include the UK Government; CIRIUS, Denmark; and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
He has contributed to education projects for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, DFID (UK), the European Commission and overseas governments.
