Rose has worked for the Cambridgeshire Race Equality and Diversity Service for 13 years.

Initially she worked for six months as a Teaching Assistant in Fenland and then moved on to Adult Learning 16+.

In 2009 Rose became the Project Development Worker for the team, working in partnership with Cambridgeshire NHS as a member of the Traveller Health Team.

In her time with the service she has developed her own skills and can teach literacy and ICT in the adult learning field.

Rose is from a large Romany Gypsy family who settled in the Fenland area in the 1950s.
