Gary started his career 25 years ago as a Community Service Volunteer working with men with muscular dystrophy.

As Senior Tenancy Support Officer at South Gloucestershire Council, Gary was part of a successful bid to providing Floating Support services to Gypsys and Travellers on the two sites in South Gloucestershire.

As an Empowerment Manager Gary is a member of the Steering Group on the Supporting People Providers Forum and attends the Supporting People practitioners group.

He sits on the Social Needs Panel and the Homelessness Strategy Group within South Gloucestershire Housing Department. He has assisted in delivering a range of training to colleagues delivering workshops around Supporting People, Outcome Monitoring as well meeting the Quality Assessment Framework.
