Harriet Barnes is a Development Officer in the Standards, Quality and Enhancement strand of the Research, Development and Partnerships Group at the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).

At QAA, she works on the development and implementation of the Quality Code, and was closely involved with the evaluation of its predecessor, the Academic Infrastructure. She joined QAA from JANET(UK), the organisation which runs the UK’s education and research network.
