Andrew and has been in his current post since 2007. He is part of a highly successful senior management team which has managed to turn the college from Ofsted 'satisfactory' to 'outstanding'.

He has been a key driver of the improvement in the teaching and learning of the college, helping to transform the culture; performance and professionalism of staff. In 2011 the college was awarded Beacon status and became the first sixth form college in the country to become a teaching school.
