Charles Fraser CBE FRSA
Charles Fraser joined St Mungo's as a hostel worker in 1980, and then set up its resettlement programme. He has been Chief Executive since 1994, before which he was deputy director, responsible for St Mungo's operations.
Charles is a member of the national Inclusion Health Board, the Department of Health’s Ministerial Working Group on Equality in Mental Health, and the London Health Improvement Board’s Alcohol sub-group. He is a member of the Big Lottery’s External Reference Group for its “Fulfilling Lives” programme on multiple and complex needs, and is an ambassador for ‘Make Justice Work’. He was appointed CBE in 2007, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
