Sally Reynolds has worked as a GP at the Luther Street Medical Centre in Oxford since 1985, as part of a team providing specialised primary care to people experiencing homelessness. Sally believes passionately in the strength of the team approach, including daily interdisciplinary team meetings and joint working with other agencies, as the best way to provide a safety-net for people whose lives are in chaos.
