Deborah Fortescue is Head of Foundation for The Disabilities Trust. Since joining the Trust in 2009 Deborah has conducted key research into the prevalence of traumatic brain injury in the homeless and offender communities and has developed screening resources, training for professionals and rehabilitation projects to support severely deprived individuals. Previously Deborah worked as a management consultant, specialising in organisational psychology and personal resilience.
