Tom Sidaway is a Director at PwC. He has undertaken a number of Consulting roles over the last 16 years in a range of industrial sectors, and for the last 6 years has worked in the education sector.

Aside from his client work Tom is also actively involved in recruitment of new talent and therefore experiences first hand the good and bad in how the education system prepares people for the world of work.
