Aaron Atkinson is a Service Manager in Preventative Services at Oldham Council. Aaron is responsible for the performance management of children’s centres in Oldham and is leading the development and implementation of the Payment by Results trial in children’s centres.

Aaron began his career as an information and systems analyst in the financial services sector and subsequently moved into Local Government information technology, research, knowledge management, information, governance and performance management.
