Paul leads PA Consulting Group's services to the education sector globally. His work with universities centres on defining and delivering transformational reform of institutional strategies, operating models and business processes through programmes designed to achieve improved outcomes for teaching and research, better service delivery for students, funders and other stakeholders, and lower cost.

His recent UK client list includes University College London, Northampton University, University of Central Lancashire, City University, Northumbria University, the University of South Wales and the London School of Economics. He has also worked with HEFCE and with a number of private sector providers. He is a regular platform speaker on university reform.
