Lesley Parkinson has worked in the field of restorative justice since 2009. Restorative Thinking Limited, a Social Enterprise, has developed a number of restorative justice and restorative practice prevention and intervention programmes, empowering young offenders, primary and secondary pupils and adult offenders and parents with a restorative education.

In June 2013 Lesley was awarded a Shackleton Foundation Leadership Award for her work developing and managing Restorative Thinking programmes. Lesley has worked as a volunteer for Victim Support and recently as a Primary School Parent Governor.
