Dr. Zana Khan has been the GP and Clinical Lead for the Kings Health Partners, Pathway Homeless Team at Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital for since 2013. Her role expanded to include South London and Maudsley Mental Health Trust in 2015.

She leads for Education and Primary Care Liaison and co-leads for Frequent Attenders in addition to supporting Pathway projects including Pan London Data Sharing and Interdisciplinary CPD.

Zana has been a Portfolio GP for her entire career and continues her portfolio of work as a GP in practice in Hertfordshire, a Medical Educator for Kings College Medical School and as a GP appraiser in London and Hertfordshire. Before joining the homeless team she worked in South East London across Primary and Urgent Care, as a Foundation Trainee supervisor and as a clinical editor for the BMJ which she continues on a freelance basis.
