Dr Eleanor Wilman is a GP and Medical Lead at York St Health Practice – a GP practice for people who are homeless, temporarily housed or seeking asylum in Leeds. York St offers accessible primary care services for homeless people as well as an integrated drug and alcohol service and mental health team, and a GP-led hospital in-reach pathway. It also hosts ‘in-house’ clinics for a variety of partners including welfare rights.
