Paul Curry HMI has been an Ofsted inspector since 2001, transferring from the Further Education Funding Council inspectorate where he worked since its inception in 1993 in the Yorkshire and Humberside region. He is currently principal officer for further education, managing the national inspection programme and wider aspects of FE policy, frameworks and guidance. He was formerly a general inspector/adviser for a local education authority working across all phases of education and a teacher, later head of faculty, in secondary schools in the London Borough of Haringey.
