Victor Koksharov
Dr Koksharov began working as chief specialist at the Department of External Affairs of the Presidium of the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2004 he was appointed minister of international and foreign economic relations of the Sverdlovsk region, and from 2007-2009 he was chairman of the Sverdlovsk regional government, before taking up his current position.
