Dr Al Nuaimi has made UAEU, United Arab Emirates’ main federal university, a model for the region. He has led major initiatives to reorganise the academic development of an institution with more than 14,000 students and 3,000 staff, ensuring that educational outcomes meet national needs as well as international standards.
