Professor Yankah took up his current role in 2012. He is also associate director of the African Humanities Fellowship Programme of the American Council of Learned Societies, a senior external adviser for the Center for Local Strategies Research, University of Washington, and chair of the Conference of Heads of Private Universities, Ghana.
