Gini is a member of the Skillset led Diploma in Creative and Media Development Partnership Design Team, convenes the DDP Higher Education Advisory Group and is a member of the DFE Higher Education Progression Board

Gini has worked in education for 30 years, in a variety of roles, including as a teacher in art, design and drama, a lecturer in education and management, an arts coordinator in the community and as principal verifier for a number of awarding bodies. Gini has worked extensively with Skillset, on behalf of the creative industries, to promote and develop work related learning and employer and higher education engagement with schools and colleges. Gini is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
