Fintan Donohue is Principal and Chief Executive of North Hertfordshire College. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector and is the author of several published articles on Leadership, Creativity and Entrepreneurship in the public sector. He is an experienced Board member, having held ten non-executive posts since 1990. The Sector Skills Council, Creative & Cultural Skills appointed Fintan as their FE Ambassador in 2009 and North Hertfordshire College is a leading Founder College for the National Skills Academy, Creative & Cultural Industries.

Fintan is an advisor to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games on the Bridging the Gap Olympic Games programme and most recently has edited a significant new book on Entrepreneurship and its importance to a changed education sector.
