After travelling extensively and a five year career in the NHS - Julie has spent the last ten years in the Department of Health involved in major developments in national policy including: HR Guidance for the move from PCG's to PCTS Implementing Working Time Regulations, Shifting the Balance of Power Development and negotiation of Agenda for Change, Equal Pay policy in the NHS, development of the Education Commissioning for Quality work outlined in Lord Darzi's Next Stage Review. Her next challenge is leading the Education and Policy direction with the new coalition government.
