Senior Personalised Technology Co-ordinator, Hft
Emma has worked for Hft for 13 years. For 8 years Emma worked within Hft’s Social Work Department as PA to the Director of Service Development and latterly took on the added responsibility of User Involvement Project Co-ordinator.
From 2005 to 2008, Emma took on the role as TATE (Through Assistive Technology to Employment) Project Co-ordinator. The aim of this project was to research and develop the use of Assistive Technologies for people with learning disabilities. Hft recognised that the work of the TATE project had to continue. Currently, Emma is Hft’s Senior Personalised Technology Co-ordinator, building on the lessons learned from the TATE Project, she is now managing the implementation of Personalised Technology across Hft.
