Sue Thiedeman is the Cultural Services Improvement Manager for the London Region. This post is hosted by MLA and funded by, Capital Ambition, ACE and MLA and has been created to drive improvement in Cultural Services in Local Authorities across the capital. Sue developed the London Cultural Improvement Programme and as well as working across the region in a strategic leadership role, works directly with specific London Boroughs. Prior to this Sue was seconded on a part time basis to Sport England, where she was London Area Improvement Manager. Sue’s substantive post is Head of Policy, Performance and Projects in the London Borough of Redbridge. Sue is an I&DeA accredited peer and IiP approved panel member, she graduated from Loughborough University with an MSc in Recreation Management.
