Monica is responsible for the marketing and recruitment of all programmes and levels of study offered at Birkbeck, from short courses through to PhDs, supporting delivery of Birkbeck’s strategic recruitment objectives. She leads a team whose work includes market research, campaigns and CRM, recruitment publications and reputation management.
