Emma Bailey has been an Occupational Therapist (OT) for over 20 years and initially worked in the mental health field, both in the community and in a hospital setting. She started working for the Farleigh Group in 2002, covering the two senior school provisions for young people with Asperger’s syndrome (AS). This was the first permanent contracted OT post that Farleigh had appointed. The OT service has developed considerably across the group since that time and now both schools and the FE College have their own Occupational Therapy provision.
