Kevin is MD of Birmingham-based strategic communications consultancy Urban Communications. He established Urban six years ago following ten years at ITV where he was responsible at Board level for corporate communications and public affairs in the Midlands.

Kevin is a Council Member of Birmingham Chamber Group and was a member of the Editorial Team for the Birmingham and Solihull with East Staffordshire, Lichfield and Tamworth LEP bid.

Urban’s current clients include Birmingham Arts Partnership, Birmingham Hippodrome, Genting UK, Harris Lamb Chartered Surveyors and The University of Warwick. Urban has managed PR and communications for lobby group Birmingham Forward; advised the City Region, Creative Birmingham and Science City boards and helped to launch the city’s Fair Cities pilot.

Kevin is a non-executive director of the Birmingham Repertory Theatre and is a former chair of governors for a secondary school; the city’s publicity association (PACE) and the Marketing Society’s regional team.
