Mark is project lead for the right to request policy at the Department of Health’s Social Enterprise Unit at the Department of Health, supporting the development of social enterprise in health and social care. Qualifying as a registered psychiatric nurse in 1990, Mark has since worked in a number of roles within the NHS, gaining considerable experience of working in communications and patient and community engagement at national and local levels. Mark is also experienced in delivering team development programmes and marketing strategy.
