Peter Sharp is Chief Executive for the Centre for Workforce Intelligence which opened in 2010. Peter is a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist and has over 34 years experience in health, education and children’s services. He has extensive consulting experience at Chief Executive and Director levels within health and local authorities.

Prior to CfWI and in partnership with the Department of Health, he successfully led the Mouchel team responsible for Healthy Schools and supported the DH in engaging 99% of all 23,000 schools in England to join the programme from a base of 44%. Prior to Mouchel, Peter was the Chief Psychologist for Southampton City Council.

He is a published author on emotional literacy and anger management, with two successful books still in print.
